Excel Automation Return Policy

If you ordered the wrong part or the part is not functioning correctly, please contact us for an RGA.  Our returns department will advise if there is a restock fee, and what the restock fee is at that time. Restock fees vary based on the manufacturers return policy.

An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number must be obtained from Excel Automation before sending any product back to us.  Any returned parts received without an RGA # will be returned to the sender, at the sender’s expense.   

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order and it has already been processed, shipped or assembled there may be a restock fee. Order cancellation is subject to our manufacturer’s cancellation policy.

If the product has been special ordered, is a non-stock item or is being built to customer specifications it may be non-cancelable.

Non-Standard and Custom Products

Non-standard and custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Non- standard or custom products are products that are special order, custom orders, orders built to customers specifications, assembled or modified products, products not stocked by Excel Automation or orders for value-added products. Excel Automation follows our manufacturer’s return policies.

Warranty Returns

Excel Automation honors our manufacturer warranties. Warranties may vary by manufacturer.  

Products returned must be new, unused and in their original undamaged boxes.  All returns will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse or the manufacturer’s warehouse. 

Shipping

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.
