Solenoid Valves are an integral part of all commercial water park equipment. Facilities with Aquatic Play Features are the fastest-growing segment of the aquatic industry. Designed for play and recreation, turnkey splash pad systems can include larger-than-life sculpted pieces, body slides, raft rides, wave pools, and more. Aquatic parks and splash pads offer family experiences that are only made possible through the precise control of water.
There is a lot of water surging and pulsating, vehicles conveying bathers, and pressurized air projecting water. There are features used to produce special effects and recreational activities, such as spray toys, waterfalls, river rides, splash pads or water being pushed uphill to create a water roller coaster effect.
Water attractions can be installed anywhere including residential backyards, childcare facilities (daycares, preschools, summer camps, church camps, etc.), RV parks/campgrounds, HOA community parks, apartment multi-family complexes, hotels, destination resorts, amusement parks, city parks, and more. Typically consisting of multiple spray jets, and/or above-ground spray features. Water attractions can operate on a freshwater system, a greywater system, or a recirculation system.
The ability to maintain sanitary water requires systems designed for high-traffic play. Circulation and turnover require pumps, filters, valves, and valve manifolds that can handle the rigors of chemical control equipment.
AGB solenoid valves have solid-state pressed diaphragms that are designed for durability. With less surface area flexing along the outer edge of the diaphragm we reduce the most common point for failure in solenoid valves.
Our pilot valves come with a spring assist system mounted onto the diaphragms to ensure a solid positive shutoff.
AGB produces manifolds in a variety of body materials and configurations to meet your flow and pressure requirements. All AGB manifolds can come fully integrated and tested with fittings simplifying installation
