- Send us your hand dryer unit, referencing the assigned RMA # [$50 Evaluation Fee required, which will be credited toward the total cost of the repair if you choose to proceed with the repair]
- We will get back to you quickly with a quote & lead time for repair
- If you would like to proceed, issue a Purchase Order for the repair
- We will repair your part and return it you with a one year warranty
