Depending on the Roxtec system, the product can accept anywhere from a single cable or pipe only, to multiple cables and /or pipe diameters, in a single location. Almost all of their product provide a Nema 4x/IP67 seal integrity, protecting the interior of the installation from the ingress of oil, water, air, dirt, and rodents. Various designs will accept either cables and or pipes in the same diameter range, or different diameter ranges, so that large cables or pipes can be in the same frame as smaller diameter range products. Roxtec CF-16 Series is a sealing system with a low-profile, metallic frame. The frame material is powder-coated, mild steel. The Roxtec CRST Series frame is attachable by bolting to the wall of the electrical enclosure. There are 4 different Roxtec CRST models available, based on cable schedule that needs to be accommodated. All 4 frames are the same size.
The Roxtec CF-16/4 accepts up to 4 cables or pipes, the CF-16/10 accepts up to 10 cables or pipes, the CF-16/16 accepts up to 16 cables or pipes, and the CF-16/19 accepts up to 19 cables or pipes. Depending on the model chosen, cables or pipes ranging in diameter from 0.138 up to 1.280 inches can be effectively sealed.
Because of the Roxtec CRST Series two-sided mount, the maximum wall thickness is intended for installation on thin, electrical metallic enclosures. The 4 different models each have a maximum wall thickness of 0.157 inches.
Roxtec CRST Series sealing integrity is Nema 4X/IP-66/IP-67 to protect the integrity of the enclosure from water, oil, dust/dirt, and unintended rodents. The entire /RGM-63 Series is considered a Kit product, where the complete product is identified by a single part number. With the order of a Roxtec CRST specific part number, everything is included for installation.
