Roxtec is a manufacturer of numerous products for cables or pipes bulkheads, walls, electrical enclosures, floors, etc… The unique design by Roxtec is a multi-layered, peel-away product, for which each point of cable or pipe entry can thus accept a wide range of cable or pipe diameters. The system can accept anywhere from a single cable or pipe only, to multiple cables and /or pipe diameters, in a single location. Almost all of their product provide a Nema 4x/IP67 seal integrity, protecting the interior of the installation from the ingress of oil, water, air, dirt, and rodents. Various designs will accept either cables and or pipes in the same diameter range, or different diameter ranges, so that large cables or pipes can be in the same frame as smaller diameter range products. Roxtec offers not only Kit products, but also Custom products for the most challenging applications. Roxtec is known world-wide, and has solutions for nearly every industry application.
The Roxtec RGM-63 Series has been very popular for years. Its frame is approximately 63 mm in diameter, and available in either Nickle-plated brass, or Stainless. There are 3 different models, for accepting only a single, large cable or pipe, a second model accepting up to 4 cables or pipes, and a third model that can accept up to 9 smaller cables or pipes. A portion of the Roxtec RGM-63 mounts on each side of an electrical enclosure wall. Because of the two sided mount, maximum wall thickness is limited to installation on thin, electrical metallic enclosures. Sealing integrity is Nema 4x/IP-67 to protect the integrity of the enclosure from water, oil, dust/dirt, and rodents. The entire /RGM-63 Series is considered a Kit product, where the complete product is identified by a single part number.
