Threaded post terminals are great for those applications that you occasionally have to disconnect or need to attach a bus bar or where a higher gauge is needed or when you have long lead wire lengths and complex pathways back to the junction box. Pictured below, the threaded terminal post creates a well-protected strong durable termination.
This is a great way to save a customer money and save them even more time – since they can reuse the existing wire and not have to replace a long run of wire when a heater is eventually replaced.
