Ceramic Bands:
These band heaters are constructed using helically wound resistance coils made from nickel-chrome strung through specially designed ceramic insulating bricks.
Ceramic Bands conserve energy and improve operation efficiency.

MI-Plus Bands:
Specially formulated mineral insulated tape provides excellent thermal conductivity and dielectric strength used to insulate the nickel chrome resistance wire from the stainless steel sheath.

Maxiband Heaters:

Tubular Nozzle Bands:
Incoloy® 840 sheath tubular heating element is used as the heat source. It is formed to the specified inside diameter to produce a snug, slip-on fit.
